A total of 18,243 bids were put for the WWW series. Out of the 9,999 numbers out for bid, only 4,908 received bids while the remaining 5,091 numbers will become running numbers that will be sold to the public. Total amount of bids received was more than RM64 million, with RM11.3 million being confirmed sold for the WWW series.
WWW 1 was the highest paid bid number, being bought at RM520,000 (USD $168,000). It was a record-setting bid, which was bought by Sultan of Johor, D.Y.M.M Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar. This price paid surpasses the previous record bid, which was RM300,100 for "MCA 1" few years ago.
The highest number of bids in WWW series goes to WWW 333 which received 84 bids.
Also notable bids were:
- WWW 3 (RM360,000 by One Power International Sdn Bhd),
- WWW 333 (RM110,036 by Titan Pristine Sdn Bhd),
- WWW 888 (RM165,000 by Tropicana Golf & Country Resort Bhd)
