Jean Alesi commented that Proton Prevé had responded very well while he was driving, and when he uses the pedal shift, he can sense the engine braking, which is very good because he won't always have to be on the brake.
While cruising on Proton Prevé, Jean Alesi pointed out that he can't feel the changes between the gears, and the engine performance was amazing. With Proton's Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD) and Electronic Stability Control (ESC) with Brake Assist & Traction Control, Jean Alesi managed to break immediately upon pressing the brake pedal, and the feel was perfect - not too soft, and not too hard.
Jean Alesi felt comfortable and sporty while driving the car, especially while crossing the bump, which he notices very good performance from the suspension side that enabled him to cross the bump flatly and soft.
Jean Alesi commented that Proton Prevé felt like a continental car and it's really solid. "Especially on the rear, when you have the front so aggresive, you expect the rear (just) like that (too). It's really well balanced".
